That looks loke a usable tool. Definitely dinks and cigars!
This reminds me of a Ziliss Blitzhacker from the 70's. Now a vintage kitchen thing.
It was a kitchen tool to cut onions to pieces.

In the photo of the Ziliss Blitzhacker it looks like it has what we call marijuana here in the states, not that I have actually ever seen it.

I do like the vise though definitely worth some beers.

I've had the zyless vice for many years and use it a lot. Good tool.

Okay, you made me buy one. Found it on Ebay for about $85 with shipping. Looks to be the complete set with the plastic spinning tube holders too.. Most where in the $175 range though. Can wait to get it.

That's a good price. The one given to me was lacking the spinning holders, so please send them to me as soon as you get it.
