Here is a short gallery of the first 5 guitars I have made. Number 6 is almost done.
I started the first guitar in Feb of 2008 and finished it in Oct. of 2008. That is pretty much
how it has gone, about one per year since.
The first guitar was a serviced kit from LMI Dred:
Palo Escrito B & S
EIR Bindings
Mahogany neck
#2 from scratch Dred:
Palo Escrito B & S
EIR Bindings
3 piece Mahogany neck
#3 from scratch Dred:
Cocobolo B & S
Curly Koa Bindings
One piece Sapele Neck
#4 from scratch Dred:
Macauaba B & S
Bloodwood Bindings
One piece Sapele
#5 from scratch OM:
Claro Walnut B & S
Curly Koa Bindings
One piece Khaya Neck
Thanks for looking. This is a great hobby and I love it. I wish I had more time
to make guitars, but I have no plans to stop anytime soon!

Thanks Guys....it is nice to be able to share with guys who know something about building. No one in my circle of family and aquaintences has a real clue!!
Ben, that would be redwood...not sinker, but pretty nice stuff, a little bit stripey, but quite even in color. There are some shadows showing on it in the picture.
