masking rosette
I'm not quiet there yet but I am wonder how one masks the rosette when a sunburst finish is sprayed?? Thanks in advance, Tim
Re: masking rosette
I've used liqiud masking fluid (Frisket) and auto detailer's pinstriping tape -- very flexible. And the best was a full size mask made using a compass with a tiny blade.

Re: masking rosette
how do you go about centering the compass? Thanks
Re: masking rosette
You make/cut the mask on a piece of glass peel it off and stick it to the guitar.

Re: masking rosette
I was thinking it was cut on the guitar, now it makes sense. Thanks
