Yeah, Kevin, I noticed in his vid that he took a HUGE bite with his router, much more than I would be comfortable with.

I like most of everything he did, but I would not cut the tenon the way he is doing on the router table. Mainly cause it would scare me. I would just use that fine miter jig on his table saw and do the cuts on each side, maybe use a table saw tenon jig. Maybe I am wrong but I do not like having the narrow end of a long board supported by a fence. Looks pretty straightforward and there is no special jig needed ( I will be doing m/t). Any thoughts? Pros/cons?
