Tighten it very strong in the collet and try to "hammer" it out with the heavy weight on the rod.
You could buy one, but you can make one yourself.

If you cannot get behind it, you could try an extractor like this:
Tighten it very strong in the collet and try to "hammer" it out with the heavy weight on the rod.
