I am using these little guys with my dremel. I bout a set of collets at Home Depot, and there is one small enough in there for these little burrs. My wife's cousin is a dentist and he has given me a nice collection. One of them makes the trough for the .030" BWB purfling perfectly...a little fuzzy at the top of the rout, but nothing that doesn't sand away.

I've used these in the past as well.
My dad is a veterinarian and did some animal dentistry - I just used the air tool that he gave me. I recommend an air die-grinder over the dremmel, as it can get a much higher rpm, which these bits like - much cleaner cuts. YMMV.
