Routing the back channel
I can't believe I never thought of this before. I always use a trim router and fight the radius. I have tried the dremmel tool and just cannot get a clean cut. The radius is always a problem. I decided to put shim washers under the base plate. It worked like a champ. This is without a doubt the tightest wood binding for me yet. Fun to think I may be progressing.
