Hmmm..what is the sole length of the 6 compared to the 5?

The #5 is 14", the 6 is 18" and the 7 is 22"

The iron is a type 10 (1907 to 1909)
The front knob and lever cap are a type 12 (high knob 1919 to 1924)
It is possible that it is a type 12 with an older iron, possibly was even sold new that way as Stanley was famous for using up older parts up on later types.

Check the patented dates on the sole under the adjuster.
