Got the braces carved and scalloped. Thought I took a pic of the top being done but I guess I didn't (anyway it's done). And I got the side reinforcement strips in.

Thicknessed the fretboard, cut the fret slots, tapered and radiused the board, inlaid the markers, pressed in the frets and attached the board to the neck (truss rod included :))

Do you mind a question over one of the photos? Okay, my lack of experience is on show here: What purpose is served by having a sequenced block of wood holding frets 1 -22, installed in order, I'd guess? I hadn't thought that frets needed to be bent individually for each distinct position on the fretboard.

Pete - the length is different for each fret. You're right that the radius for each fret is the same, except in those few fretboards that have a compound radius.

Yes, what Dave said. I cut all my frets first and sequence them in the block (BTW the holes in the block are not drilled the same depth which is why they look like they go up and down in length). I have two sides because sometimes I do 2 sets and set them aside and come back at a later time. It's just a convenience for me but obviously not a necessity.
