Glue Type

What glue is typically used to attach the bridge? I'm thinking epoxy since it basically dries clear and can be easily cleaned up around the edge with alcohal. However, I'm guess that the type of glue doesn't matter that much if you follow the instructions on how to properly seat the bridge, which creates a perfect mating surface.

Bridges are fastened with regular Titebond, HHG, and some makers swear by LMII instrument glue (not me) Please do not use epoxy, its very heavy and an overkill for an acoustic guitar.

TiteBond original. Works great for pinned or pinless bridges!

I have used Titebond and LMI whiteglue, and have no complaints for either type. I think the whiteglue tacks faster, less chance of slipping while clamping if you don't use the bridgesetter, but the end result is the same for both glues, as far as I can tell.
