Permagrit Sanding Bars

I use permagrit aluminum sanding bars regularly for accurate sanding of flat surfaces. They come in various sizes with fine grit on one side and coarse grit on the other side. They last "forever and glue residue is easily cleaned from the grit surface with a wire brush.

Thanks Dennis. I use something like that, homemade, and agree that it makes a very good sanding tool.

Thanks Dennis, I have quite a few permagrit files and bars, great tools! Paint remover and wire brush works great for removing real stubborn glue. I use them for my building R/c planes and jets. I heard from Ken, that you are an R/c plane guy. I am awaiting my first kit from KMG , Looking forwards to getting started on guitar making. Nice work on your guitar, it looks great, Jack.
