Experiment with Gel CA

So I am liking the Gel CA, and I am ready to use it for - gasp - braces.
Reasons
-it applies easily and does not drip or run
-very low squeeze out if the right amount is applied
-apply to the brace, put the brace in place and push into the radius form by hand or with gobars, spray some accelerant and you're done.
I've already used it for side reinforcement strips - no muss no fuss. Headplate, easy-peasy. Clean and simple.
End wedge same thing.
So just sayin' - the stuff has its uses. Can you think of a reason NOT to use the gel on braces?
