Truss Rod Routing Jig

Here is a simple to make, effective looking jig for routing the truss rod channel dead smack in the middle of any neck, regardless of width or taper from nut to other end. Its main limitation is that you must use it before tapering the bottom of the neck blank. But you can attach the head stock and heel block.

Looks like a good idea, I have a router table that I use which allows one to route a one piece neck as long as the neck has not yet been tapered.

Good and simple idea, Thanks John.
I always use a router with a fence along a straight piece of neck wood.
It works for me, but your jig will be a reminder for me.
