I followed the advice on these two YT vids and NOW I have much better power AND changing belts takes 5 seconds.

The problem I had with a grinder like that one was broken belts. They did not last very long. I did purchase a bunch of them. So I would make sure that you can get replacement belts and have them in a drawer.

Mine is a HF model, I also get the belts there.

I took a 20% off coupon code from the internet yesterday and went on down to my local HF and got their 6"x48" model of this sander, with the 9" disc. Saved $50. Got it home and put it together - not difficult - and it works good. An excellent purchase.

I am happy I switched this year to the larger 6 X 48, makes my life easier.
