It would be worth it to me.
If I had room, that would be a great addition to the shop.

yes on $150, I would love a bigger belt sander but I am limited by space.

A lot of lean and mean tool for that money.

It is a lot of tool, but a couple of issues would concern me -- the cost of belts and the lack of dust collection.
I have a 6" x 48" HF belt sander (and I'm most certainly not claiming that it's a quality tool) that I use for a lot of tasks and I'll suggest that it could be a decent comparison point.
On the belt issue, HF sells 6" x 48" belts that are pretty decent, unlike some of their sandpaper, in a range of grits for fairly low prices. And I find that sanding some guitar woods, even just a bit, can really gum up the belt pretty quickly. Especially for the 89" belts you'd be getting for the Woodtek, that can add up. The HF unit includes a 9" disk with a typical HF table (i.e., not real sturdy) which I find useful. And both the 6" belt and the 9" disk have dust collection which works passably well. The HF unit lists for $240, so with the ever available 20% coupon would be $192. Within shooting range.
I don't say that it's a better buy, but it seems like a reasonable comparison point.
Good hunting.
