Acoustic Guitar Construction

I have copied much of the Kenneth Michael Guitar site including the Success Kit Assembly instructions. I have found the instructions really detailed. Although the molds and jigs that Ken sold are no longer sold I include the websites description of the tools as many can be built in a small shop.

John, thanks very much for capturing Ken's instructions. I was lucky enough to purchase enough of his tooling (Mega Mold, binding table/router, fretboard templates and cutting box/board) that I can follow his instructions when I wonder what to do next.

Thanks a lot, this is a big help. I have built a KMG OM kit and that went really well. I'm working on a D28 now and found that I was missing one section of Kens instruction manual.

I did not know of Ken's passing and I'm deeply saddened to hear the news. I bought my first guitar kit from him and he will be missed greatly!

Everything has been sold, according to Ken's widow Laura.
There might be some software written for the cnc machines, but that is all there is if any.
