Another radiusing idea

Self-explanatory I think?
After cutting on the bandsaw, the cut is usually so accurate that little touch-up is needed, either on the router table or on the drill sander.
The green sandpaper is 40-grit stick-em.
The rabbet that holds the brace material is 1/4" x 1/2" +/_ a wee bit to allow for the sandpaper.

The last pic does not show the brace on the jig, I just hold it on by hand since there is little to actually sand off. That is a bearing on the bottom of the drum.
