I bought this a year ago and it's still within it's service life. It has not been stored below 70 degrees but I bought it in November so I can say how cold it got during shipping. I thought it was supposed to be clear, so my question is this - Does this look right? The jar on left is empty.

Never used that stuff but I did use Deft Nitro semi gloss that looked just like that. Is it a water based finish? I think it's supposed to look like that if it is.

Yes, water based sanding sealer. Partner to EM6000 WB lacquer by Target Coatings. Thanks Tony.

I used the Target predecessor to the EM and it was not clear in the can.

Finally got a hold of Jeff Weiss of Targeting Coatings. He said it should be clear and I probably got a mislabeled can during the transition period as the old product (i think he said 8800) was milky white and the new EM1000 is clear. He is sending me a fresh can.
