Jacks #8 Padauk 00-14 with you tube video!

Been a long while since I posted. I finished this one about a year ago. Built from scratch except for the neck blank and the bridge.
Padauk back / sides with ebony bindings and a really nice Sitka spruce top that had a great tap tone. Z- proxy pore fill with EM6000 water based lacquer. Padauk bridge and fingerboard (25.4 scale) with jescar EVO gold frets , Padauk / ebony headplate with hand cut lone wolf inlay. ( I printed an image from internet and cut it out by hand).
I had the pleasure of hearing it played by the buyer and he his playing was amazing. The tonal quality really blew me away on this guitar. I hope to get permission from Raymon to post the video.
I have built 10 guitars now - I'm honored to have Two go to professional musicians. I really love the look of the Padauk although it's a bit messy to work with the orange dust stains everything!
