Holder for bolt-on neck (with improvements!)

I made up this holder for when I'm doing the fret shaping, fingerboard cleanup and nut installation. Rock steady and I can use two hands on the fret file.

Nice, is the headstock just resting there or is it being held down some way?

After some modifications and a little re-working I like this jig even more. I mad the tenon mount moveable on a t-track to allow for different neck lengths and the headstock support pivots to accommodate the angle better.
Kevin - it's pretty stable without, but I allowed for small clamps at the headstock.
