Nut Slot Cutting Jig

Post by Tim Benware » Wed Apr 20, 2016 10:14 am

I cut a 15* angle on the jig to match my head stock angle and inserted 2 Neodymium magnets to help hold the saw blade in place while cutting. Worked great on my first attempt.

That's a good idea.
Here's another from Ken's online manual: the notch is for the tang of the saw.
