I believe many of us got our start using this publication -- for me it was the only thing available at the time. It is however an excellent book which provide a complete system start to finish including a shop full of DIY special tools and fixtures. The side bending procedure is a little primitive, but in fact works perfectly --- I'd rate this a "must read must have".
