I've been using Denny Zager's re-stringing method for many years now -- somehow his pay for view tutor ended up on line so here it is -- there are some surprises but its fast and works great.

42 minutes, for a restringing video? Well that's how long it usually takes me to re-string. But that's only once a year. :-)
Seriously, that's a surprising method which I am going to practice asap. Thanks.

Taylor strings their guitars UNDER the hole on the post and the tech at Gruhn's in Nashville strung my Martin UNDER the hole. So, which is best??? Or does it really matter??

Not really -- some strategies don't have the windings compressed as evenly and will required a bit of time before they settle in tightly = re-tuning.
