Finished this last week and headed out for vacation. I have to work on getting rid of the reflection in my photos.

Sinker Redwood top and East Indian Rosewood B/S, Mahogany neck, ebony bridge and pins (w/abalone dot), fret board and face plate, curly maple binding, end wedge and heel cap, abalone purfling (a thanks for the assist from KevinCA), rosette, fret markers and head stock inlay, gloss nitro finish, Clear Tone strings.

Tim you did great. Now who gets this one? Did you find the redwood splintery to rout out for the binding and purfling?
I didn't have issues on the first guitar I used redwood for top but my current build I was sure it would be a problem.
this guitar is beautiful.

Thanks. I have had minor problems with SRW in the past but this one came out great. The biggest problem I've had with it is while routing it will shoot a piece off usually right down a grain line but I've been able to glue it up and it is as invisible as the center line.

EDIT: This was a custom consignment build.

Yeah the other redwood top I did was from the same flitch as the one I'm doing now and I had no problems with it. What I'm using is not sinker.
