Acoustic Guitar Construction

I'm wanting to plan ahead for next Fall, a get-together for a couple of days anyway. It would be good and perhaps even fun to have us meet one another, tell some lie....tell some success stories, throw a shrimp on the barbie and all that.

If there is enough interest, I'll offer my place to be the crash pad - using various parts of the house and barn, as well as a big comfy tent - we could sleep another 10 people here comfortably; any more than that would land me in divorce court, so local motels (very close) would have to be used.

Anyway, that's a long way off, plenty of time to make plans; it would be so nice for each one to bring one of their instruments so we can make fu......I mean, show appreciation and play on the back porch.

Just throwing this out there. I'm in southern Oregon btw, close to mountain lakes for a day trip, a short drive to the ocean as well, lots to do in the area.

OTOH, if someone else has suitable digs and is within a day's drive, I'd be glad for you to host the thing too.

I think that's s really good idea. It would take me a while to get there but I would go. Would be fun I'm in. As of now . We will play it by ear . Like we always do!.

Yep, we'll just let this simmer along and see if anything develops. We're scattered all over the country, so it may not be feasible at all. We will see.

I sure would enjoy coming. A long drive for me but I'll consider trying to make it.
