Acoustic Guitar Construction

I made me a double sided radius dish on Saturday. Used the radius rails and router method. Worked pretty good. I glued two 3/4" MDF 24" rounds together.
I see I still have some router bit marks to sand out, but I think it turned out okay and for minimal cost. 15' and 30' is what I use.
I forgot to take pics of the process/mess but you already know the basic routine I think.

How messy was it?

It was VERY messy but I set up a table outside in the driveway and made the mess there, then vacuumed it up when I was done.
I'm thinking about making another set. I need an narrower set that will fit in my go-bar deck as I only have about 21 inches between my supports so I cut them down to fit after they are routed out.
