before I buy a bridge pin reamer from one of the luthier supply houses, I thought I would ask the group if there is another source (less $). I had purchased one from ebay and got about what I paid for it which was VERY little. The steel was so soft that it was absolutely useless. Tried to sharpen it but would only cut for a minute before the edge was rounded off. Thanks in advance, Tim

I bought a "repairman's" reamer from Ace Hardware, I think $19, and it has done a dozen or so guitars and is still sharp.

Thanks Dave, I'll check that out. I figured that there was probably an alternate (cheaper) source.

Tim, I bought one of these a year ago and it is a little cheaper.
