I have not figured out how to use it (yet) -- but this could be a real handy tool

Used it on my last fan fret (multi-scale) and it works a treat. There's a little question mark to the side of each input option, click on that and it gives you a great explanation of what each button does.
Just input your numbers on the left and then press the 'save to disk' button of your choice on the right, I used PDF and then print it out.

I don't like that it just makes a picture without dimensions, but it free. Also -- no coffee yet, but I have no idea what this is all about -- makes no sense, I am sure its simple.
Enter the scale step (of the scale defined above) to which each string will be tuned. For example a standard guitar in the key of E would be tuned 0, 7, 3, 10, 5, 0. The first string is the string to the far right on the fretboard. This step is not important for the Equal calculation method. Entering a tuning for the Scala calculation method will very likely result in partial frets.

I also have no clue what that's all about, I just ignored it and all was well :)
But if you need dimensions they are all there on the main page and once you've input your requirements, you can print it out too.
I normally use a programme called WFret (available here
http://www.mimf.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=921 if you are registered), but FretFind2D is perfect for multi-scale (fan fret) guitars.
