Can someone point me in the direction of diamond files suitable for sharpening router bits? Do I just need one, or a set?

This brings to mind a good question.
Can those router bits from Stewmac and LMI that use the bearings for routing binding channels be sharpened?
If so, will you sharpen mine for me Dave? :) I have two.

That's less expensive than I would have thought. Cool.

In addition to being a skilled guitar maker you are a mind reader as well! I was going to post at the end of the work day about how much I like this diamond file

I bought two already and plan to get another so I have one at each our CNC machines. Just super, and I can't believe the price. I'll have to wait on the durability factor but the are so efficient you can use a very light stroke to get a great edge on straight bits.

I had no idea how good it was going to do the job, I selected it because it has perfectly square edges which is very helpful for sharpening 1/4" straight bits -- those are the ones we use most.
