I bought some new power tools I thought I would share with you all. Craftsman 9 in bandsaw cuts pretty good for size on the small stuff better than I expected. Grizzly 6 in jointer nice upgrade from tabletop delta and should last a long while . I'm not trying to impress here and honestly as I set all these power tools up in the back of my head I'm wondering if I should resort to all hand tools! But it is too late now I guess . It's nice to have 2 bandsaws to keep from changing blades when resawing to cutting shapes. Bandsaw 189.00 jointer 580.00

Last autumn I bought a Craftsman saw similar to the one you pictured. Worked 'all right' and I purchased a new Olson blade for it. Spectacular improvement in performance for the few bucks' price of a new blade. I encourage swapping out the blade. Strongly. My discussion about bandsaw blades is elsewhere in this forum.

Nice, those will serve you well.
I saw one of those jointers, an older model in very good shape, on craigs list locally last week for $125. I drooled, but I have absolutely NO floor space left in my shop, so I had to pass.

Nice!, I wish I had the room jointer! I instead have had to get by with a jointer plane as it fits in a drawer.

Congrats. I just got a new Craftsman 14"bandsaw just last week. I am so happy with it. I'm selling my 9"Delta desktop for the same price I gave for it used so there is justice in this world. Best of luck with your new power tools
