I've used that pump for a couple of years and it works fine. It is a little noisy, and uses compressor oil.
A suggestion - you can purchase a rebuilt pump of much higher quality from Joe Woodworker for about the same price, and it is quieter and oil-less. I've been using it for a number of months now and it is a good option as well.
