Actually, a serious question for Ken: Am I mistaken in thinking that if I, or anyone here with reasonable skills, was given a set of exact measurements - exact , all the way down to the setup specs,glues, all that stuff - and the 'same' woods - we could end up with a guitar that sounds that good?

I have two sets of Honduran Rosewood. They tie or exceed all my Brazilian sets with respect to the property of vitreousness, or "ring".
