Re: pickup for a classical guitar
I will definitely be watching this thread. As I asked the same question on Dellcamp"s Classical guitar forum. The consensus was to mic the guitar. That seems to be the best way of reproducing that full guitar sound that only a Classical guitar delivers.
Some recommended the fishman Nashville pickup. Personally I want to mug Willie Nelson and just reach right in old Trigger and fish that gizmo out. I was told what it was but don't remember now. I understand it's an outfit out of the seventies. Willie travels all over the country buying all of them up. Lol

He's got a Tanglewood amp. guitar and mic input. It sounds like a AER clone.
His style is a mixture of fingerpicking and flatpicking.
His venue is birthdayparties. No serious deals.
