Shake Rattle & Roll
Anyone keep a rattle snake tail in their guitar? I have one that I got from a friend in El Cajon California after he shot a snake that was living under his trailer. I just may put it into my J185.

Just when you think you're getting ahead in the rat race, the rats get faster.

It is funny for the first time ever this Saturday I ran into a blue grass guitar player with a 37 Martin that had rattle snake tail. He also has a winery 37 cellars, which was the real reason of my visit.

You lucky guys,
We don't have winecellars and no rattlesnakes. Da**, a set of clogs don't fit though the soundhole.

All of my picks end up in the guitar when my 3 year old is around. They rattle a bit.

By tradition, Rattles are only allowed if clipped from the tail of a rattler found inside the guitar..the morning after a summers night out pickin', drinkin' Fruit Jar "Kool aid" and dancin' in the moonlight along the Chattahoochee :>)
(Just funnin'...but I don't know, it COULD be true...I stayed at Holiday Inn last night!)
