Just start with episode one and follow it along - very speeded up, but I think you will find it very interesting.

One of her jigs - this is a screen shot from episode 1. Draw a center line on the back, clamp a long ruler on the line, glue the backstrip up against the ruler, push the strip into the jig and clamp it down, remove ruler, remove excess glue and let dry.
