Ken the fans are 4mm wide and the center brace is 5mm high and they gradually get lower out to the outside at 3.5mm tall. The transverse braces are 8mm wide and about 15mm tall. I have a classical plan from LMI of a guitar built in the 60's. I can't remember right now who the builder was, maybe Fredrico?
Anyway, since this is an OM shape, a little larger then your basic classical I thought the 9 fans might be better then the pretty basic 7, but what do I know?
It is a trial. The top is at about .095" thick and I will probably take at least .005" off when final sanding. My neck angle is flat and I have a dome at the bridge area, working with a 30ft radius. This is a 14 fret at the body set up.

Hey!! LOOK at me - no, don't turn away, look at me!!! I asked you about those two little blocks. I expect the courtesy of an answer. If one is not forthcoming, I have some Family members down in your area. :-)

Dave you are not going to have Kevin rubbed out over two tiny pieces of wood. He put them on there to drive you nuts. So keep Guido and Tony the fish home. Lol

Kevin, don't be frightened. I know Dave's familymembers. They are as old as he is.
