Looks good Dennis, I wish I had floor space for something like that. Perhaps I could make a bench top deal and hook up my shop vac.

Re: Don't over look this!!
i was going to be making a table like that, though a little bigger (though it would probably require different fan 'zones'... I don't know how this one below works).
I like the idea of having a bigger table - but obviously you need to make one fit your available space. More importantly, I like the idea of having the filters mounted vertically instead of horizontally. Just like your dust collector bags, this allows a lot of the dust to settle to the bottom without clogging up your filters. Thus, I would recommend using them right in front of whatever fan you are going to use.
Another idea may be to use several layers of filters, so that you can control air flow.
As far as the shop vac goes - I don't think it has enough cfm. However, you can always get a cheap air mover like the one from HF, though you might have to modify the table to use it (ironically, I can't find a link for the blower itself, even though I bought one from HF, but here is a heater attachment on one to show what I'm talking about http://www.harborfreight.com/heater-att ... 93272.html )

Hey Dennis, I just noticed that it looks like you have an airplane elevator on your table... if so, what's it to?
