Oh I agree on the teardrop shape....that's why I said I would use ROUND tubing, and yes, a drop of water will explode any bulb in a flash (No pun intended) :>)kencierp wrote:Ray -- I am thinking that idea is far from simple to construct. I think he made it harder looking that it really is...I'm going to play with it see what happens...plug it in outside FIRST so Mother doesn't get testy about burning the house down, blowing breakers or...I'll return with the results....if I don't become a Krispy Kritter...probably not...I've handled 22,500 V @2000 amps.in the past...with a little luck that 15 amps probably won't get me now... :>) Otherwise, the wife will be RICH! Hahaha

Just for so...I think this is where the guy got the idea of the shape from...this one is from Stewmac but the one from LMI is almost exact in shape. :>)
