Fish glue

I am thinking of trying it for binding. I am not crazy about using CA, which has been my glue of choice lately. I rope the binding on tight and wick in thin CA. But I don't know if I could wait 4 whole days to do the binding. I would need a day for each binding strip. Sometimes it is not an issue, but I work when I can work, you know? If I had free time to be in the shop but I was still waiting for the glue to dry, I would be forced to do something unpleasant, like clean the shop!

Tony, we can't have no shopcleanin' goin' on. PLEASE refrain from using fish glue!

That's my point!! I worked hard to make the shop the disaster that it is today. I don't want to ruin all of my work by cleaning it up!

Wasn't thinking about all the hard work bein' ruined, but you got a point. How else will others know you did somethin'?

I was thinkin' that if you leave a tool somewhere, you know where you left it. Clean the shop, and you can't find anything. Then you can't get any work done.
Now where did I leave that bottle of glue at?

Well I've learned one thing well - if I drop something to the floor, I don't have to waste time looking for it: wherever on the shop floor it dropped, I just walk to the furthest dark corner from that spot, and there it is. Especially washers and small tiny screws. Or if I drop the guitar body on the cement, but that's usually not as hard to find.
