You win Dave!
Looks like I need to up my game. Maybe install a small flat screen tv and a game system with Rock Band on it.
"Yo dog I heard you like to play guitar do we put a guitar game in your guitar so you can play guitar while you play guitar!!"

Lots of interesting comments on my design...but, it is what the customer wanted. I also like to build conventional guitars, but it certainally doesn't hurt to be different at times. I might also add that it has been very well recieved by other respected innovative builders. Other than that no offense taken by the negative comments.

Don't take the comments too much to heart. Most of us that have been on the forum since the start really enjoy joking with each other all the time. And I know they appreciate quality workmanship.

Thanks, I stopped taking things to heart long ago. Someone has to go look over the edge once in awhile. This design has proven to be embraced by only a few, but they really like it. It is a pain to build...but I learned alot about design in the process.

There was certainly no offense meant! Most of us here have our share of troubles just trying to build that one great traditional guitar, so we are hardly in a position to criticize, especially since your workmanship is really very good.

I hope you stick around and lend some of your expertise to the Forum - we're all here to learn and to up our craftsmanship.
