Yes as Dave mentioned -- comfort and "convenience" play a big role in whether or not we actually use our safety equipment.

Just ordered some on ebay - 4 boxes of 5 each for $20, seemed reasonable?

Sure it obscures my view of what I am working on, but nary a speck of dust gets in!

Its difficult to hold the "number one position" and again I am reminded of the foolishness of calling something the greatest or best I found that the mask featured here originally actually restricted my air supply (too thick!!) -- so here's my new favorite, a 3M product, $1.60 ea. the exhaust valve is a key detail and I think it will be effective in preventing eye glass fog.
