Re: Storing wood sets
The mahogany has been sitting on the wall racks for about 5 years. It's a 3"×14"×48" slab of Honduran. I have that and black walnut 11/2"×14"×12' that has been sitting in the shop for about 3 years also. Lots of miscellaneous figured maple to. (striped and quilted)
They are nice and dry and I have some electric guitar bodies and necks that I started last year that are doing well. Thanks for all the help guys, hopefully I can finish the bending jig and get started soon. Greg.

Re: Storing wood sets
I just bought a dehumidifier and I pick it up Wednesday. What you all said about cutting the pieces and let them get any contortions out of their system sounds like the best way to go. Tomorrow I am going to slice up a few sets and set them aside while I finish my bending jig and molds. I should probably clean up the shop too. Lol. Thanks again guys. Greg
