Easy mods for HF 4x36 belt sander.

Good buy Dave. When I got mine from HF it was only 39 if I remember correctly, and the style is a bit different than this one. I only get it out now to do the wings on bridges as I have a large 6 x 48, combination 12" disc sander now that sees most of the work. But the HF one you got does the trick

My new one IS the 6x48 but alas, only a 9" disk - but that's a usable size. I thought you build yourself a 12" disc sander some years back?

Dave I sure did, and I do still use it, but soon after I acquired the BEAST. A friend gave it to me.........how could I turn that down.
