Dave, I've looked over Ken's photos but I'm not sure just what the modifications were made the the nibblers. And BTW it appears that the nibbler is out of production now. I'm wondering you might be able to share what the modification consists of?
And might you have the information on where you purchased the wheels for the Dremel for doing the end radius on the frets, please?

Once you have the stock nibbler in hand the mod is obvious -- you need to grind a groove to accept the wire. Shown in image 3
