I guess my point would be that even retail stores with repair stations find the turn around profit marginal. There is at least one outfit, the name escapes me, that buys this stuff (different brands) with sound board damage, they re-top with what they claim is a custom, superior sounding SB coupled with professional setup -- particularly low action. I heard they do well.
