Of course all of the above. One of the masters often over looked is Rick Ruskin amazing player and arranger. I have his instructional video and he is a great teacher too. Also take note of the amazing "little" Schoenberg tweaked Martin "00" -- performer and guitar raise the bar pretty high. My ear tells me not to turn up my nose on "Factory made" guitars.
