That's looking nice. I can see how you might want to take a break from restoring that crusty banjo to carve some fresh wood.

I have the jig Robbie Obrien uses in his videos, works great for me (of course this pic is of the mortise).

I'm quite proud of it Dave but man did my old hands need a rest when I was done with the carving! I'll probably mke some more on the higher end guitars I build.

Hey Shawn, you noticed that huh. Its a 1890 H.C. Dobson I am restoring for a customer.

Yessir, you can't sneak a banjo past me in the background. Perhaps a photo or two once you get it shined up...
