Ok, I just nabbed one for $12.83 and FREE shipping! Yay!
Now I need to learn how to sharpen with it.
Any pics or vids of how to sharpen router bits?

Post a pic of the bit -- I may be able to show you the procedure I use, caveman simple!

I need to sharpen up my laminate trimmer bit for binding channels.
I have a down-spiral (pix) and a regular straight bit.

Spirals require a machine -- for the straight bits you just position the flat of the bit on the diamond file, slide back and forth making sure you are in perfect contact with the file. You can hone the bottom cutting edge with a few strokes, tips are most important since they wear most, try and keep the file at the same angle as the original grind -- do this first.

Thanks. Sounds pretty easy.
