I used the saw blades below to cut the slots for the strings. I used the scroll saw blade first, to get the slots started, then widened the slots with the jig saw blades. For the low E and A strings I used two jig saw blades together to cut the slot. It worked well, the teeth are fine enough (20 tpi) and the pins fit nicely. The narrow jig saw blades fit the 3/16" holes, but they were snug at first.
