Yes Ken, you are right.
At 2 guitars a year it will probably outlive me.

I have the Jet 22-44 and it looks to be built just like the picture of the one you have. It has been holding up nicely for me. I do find that I need to adjust it every 6 months or so, to keep the drum in plan, but I have a lot of adjustment left. I would have a hard time not having it.
